Returns & Replacement Policy
Before shipment
We will send you photos and videos of the product(s) for your confirmation.
Once you approve, we will proceed with shipping. No changes or cancellations can be made after your confirmation.
International logistics notice
Given the complexity of international logistics, we follow a strict pre‑shipment confirmation procedure.
This helps us avoid unnecessary returns, delays, and misunderstandings.
Conditions for returns
Returns are generally not accepted after the product has been shipped, unless one of the following applies:

The product is significantly different from the photos/videos approved by you

The product has a quality issue (see warranty section below)

An error occurred on our side (wrong item shipped)
If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/logistics fees, unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty for quality issues
We provide a 3‑month replacement warranty for any quality‑related issues.
This includes manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or parts not working as intended.
We will send a replacement after confirming the issue. Return shipping of the defective part is not required in most cases.
Wrong size or wrong choice by the buyer
Because all products are confirmed by you before shipment, we do not accept returns for:

We recommend double‑checking all product details before approving shipment.
How to request support
If you believe a quality issue exists, or if we shipped a clearly different product from what was confirmed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Provide your order number, photos, and a short description. We will respond within 2 business days.
